The Empowerment Dream is a 501(c)3 organization operating within the Chicagoland area. Recognizing the dire need for community renewal, the organization was founded on three principles; revitalizing vision, restoring hope, and rebuilding community.

With crime and poverty at unprecidented levels the time has come for collaborative action that demand results. 2024: The Year of Re-Imagining is an ambitious campaign geared towards activating the untapped potential that lies within this generation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
2024 will mark the beginning of a movement. Leaders will be activated, impact will be seen, a generation will rise. This is the year we launch out.

Theodore Matthews serves as Executive Director of The Empowerment Foundation. Theodore is an innovator, communicator, and thought leader.
